We hate to do the whole “disclaimer” thing, but business is business- so here goes.
*PAYMENT*
Payment is expected in full at the time of pickup. We currently accept cash or check as payment methods. Payments received after the time of pickup will be considered late and will be charged a 10% fee.
*ESTIMATES*
Estimates are good for 7 days from the send date.
*MINIMUMS*
We currently do not have an order minimum.
*ARTWORK*
Artwork is expected to be emailed to BHCScreenPrinting@gmail.com. We will do our best to work with the file type you send but if there are modifications or details needed to make the artwork printed as requested, artwork design charges may apply.
*ART APPROVAL*
Once a design is approved by either a verbal or a written consent, that is the design that will be produced. BHC Screen Printing will not be held responsible for misspellings or misprints due to an incorrectly printed garment on approved artwork.
*SEAM,COLLAR,ZIPPER PRINTING*
Any printing on or over seams, zippers, or collars is subject to printing inconsistencies and distortion. These are all considered acceptable goods and will not be considered misprints. BHC Screen Printing will not be responsible for these inconsistencies.
*PRINT LOCATIONS*
If a specific collar to print distance is specified, BHC Screen Printing will make every attempt to make that print location happen. There may be minor discrepancies from shirt to shirt, given the nature of garment placement and shifting during screen printing.
*RUSH ORDERS*
We can typically fulfill rush orders but all rush orders are subject to a rush order charge.
*CANCELATIONS/RESTOCKING FEES*
All canceled items are subject to a minimum of a 30% restocking fee from our wholesaler. Once an order is submitted to BHC Screen Printing, the items are ordered right away and any requested changes/substitutes are subject to the 30% fee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on personalized items.
*OUT OF STOCK ITEMS*
BHC Screen Printing will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get it approved by you before using your chosen item.
*SOCIAL SHARING*
We LOVE to show off our work! If you are not comfortable with your shirt being photographed and shared by us, please let us know when you place your order. If you do not notify us, we will assume we have your full permission to post a photo of your item(s).
*GARMENTS*
BHC Screen Printing is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. BHC Screen Printing will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice.
*QUALITY ASSURANCE*
BHC Screen Printing tries very hard to check every garment as it comes off of the press. However, it is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow a 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with the order. We will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods. We also will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. BHC Screen Printing does quality checks on the garments during the printing process but ultimately, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of our customers.
